Wine clubs active
We’ve struggled to get wine clubs organized, but we’re finally ready. We’ve created six clubs to make it easy for you to choose between totally dry, totally sweet or semi=sweet and a mixed selection of dry and sweet. You can also choose between 2 bottles or 4 bottles per shipment, three times a year. With about 35 wines available each year, there’s a variety for us to share with you. We welcome your suggestions as we “live into” our club life so we can make it more desireable for you. Simply use our messaging form to contact us at anytime to share questions or feedback with us.
In fifteen years we’ve added a lot of unusual and interesting wines to our flavor matrix— the first US winery to introduce and produce Haskap wine; our absolutely delicious White Raspberry dessert wine which sometimes shows up on our online store; White Chokecherry dry wine, made with the rather rare yellow chokecherries and more.
As a winemaker, I’m curious and always interested in trying new things. For example, after a number of people asked if we ever used Bourbon barrels, I finally bought two used ones, and we use them for aging our White Buffalo wine. We’ve also produced our Solstice White wine aged in Jamaican rum barrels. Our Sweetie Pie has natural almond extract added. Our Oaky Choke (dry chokecherry wine) is aged in medium plus toasted American oak barrels for nuances of coconut and vanilla.
Come join the fun! We look forward to providing refreshing opportunities for you. BOB, the Winemaker
