We used these in our Crab Apple Wine and our crab apple jelly. Lovely stuff. Crushed over a half-ton of these in 2010.

Melodie Seymer joined the team in March 2020. A friend of more than 40 years, Melodie lives in our rental house and has a dozen years experience running a nursery and loves plants! She's learning to enjoy the winemaking side of things too and works as Vineyard/Winery apprentice. She's also responsible for much of the nice landscaping touches around the place. She moved to Montana three years ago.
